Lockdown baking

I'm really enjoying having the time to try out new recipes, this Nettle Soup is one of them. It proved the perfect opportunity to cut the patch of nettles down in the garden and make a nutritious lunch. Not sure how nutritious the Bacon & Cheese Puff Pastries are but they were delicious!!
