We've had the most fabulous day today at
Wilkin & Sons, 'All Things Local' event at Tiptree Jam Factory. Thank you so much for the invitation!
From a vintage bus tour of the incredible fruit farm (truly the MOST delicious strawberries ever) to cookery demontrations and tastings, from cocktail sampling to making new friends, the whole day really couldn't have been any nicer.
After a visit to their fantastic shop, I'm now well stocked up with some lovely jams and curds for this weekend's bake (and a bottle or two of the rhubarb gin may have found it's way into the basket as well!).
